Orders and Delivery
Ordering from Lisa Calnan Art Studio couldn't be easier. You can order by phone on 0773 843 6008 or e-mail at lisa@lisa-calnan-artstudio.com using your credit cards or by the internet via a secure on-line payment process PayPal (not available as yet).
Please include a contact telephone number and your postal address when ordering and I will confirm your order and payment as soon as I have received confirmation that your payment has cleared and I will contact you to arrange an agreeable delivery date for your painting as you need to sign for it.
Postage, Packing and Insurance are not included in my prices for Paintings. Paintings are sent via Special delivery (Royal Mail) within the UK. For all other destinations please enquire as the cost will vary according to weight and value.
The paintings are provided in a single mount ready to hang (usually framed) and cartoned and prints are mounted ready for framing and sent in hard cardboard flatpacks. Alternatively, we also provide framed prints at an additional charge and only by request. You will be advised of the appropriate shipping charges.
Delivery (within the UK)
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. All originals are single mounted, (usually framed) and cartoned, prints are dispatched in hard cardboard flatpacks so that they cannot be damaged in transit. Originals will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. All limited edition prints are single mounted with backboard ready for framing and sent immediately after receipt of payment . Prints which are not in stock are ordered individually from the printers and should normally be received between 5 - 7 working days. Also, you will be informed of the appropriate shipping / postage and packing charges.
If your painting is damaged upon receipt, please inform me immediately as I will need to get in touch with the postal service to inform them of this.
Delivery (Overseas)
Appropriate shipping charges are made. Orders should normally be received within 10-14 working days.
Ordering by Phone
If you wish to place your order by phone I will be there to take your order between 9.30 am and 5pm Monday to Friday on +44(0)773 843 6008 or simply leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Ordering Online
If you wish to place your order online simply click on the Shop button and follow the instructions. All on-line transactions are securely processed via PayPal. The shop is still under construction at present. Thank you for your understanding.
